2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of nutraceutical / health supplement products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- Product delivered is damaged
- Product delivered is incorrect
- Product is missing items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- If a replacement is approved, shipping costs will be borne by us

- Change of mind after delivery
